Representing customers and their specific needs within SD is a core responsibility for LRMs. They speak for you at SirsiDynix, impacting roadmaps and future service offerings.
Your LRM will keep you up-to-date on SirsiDynix plans, upcoming trainings, user group meetings, conferences and other opportunities to learn and participate. There are hundreds of webinars, 2 annual online conferences, regional user group meetings and other opportunities for customers to learn and interact with colleagues and SirsiDynix staff.
Kathi Adams, currently a senior library relations manager, joined SirsiDynix in 1993. During her time with the company, she has held multiple positions in SirsiDynix operations and sales, but says library relations has been her favorite role of her career so far. Kathi has 22 years of library industry experience.
Allison joined SirsiDynix as a Library Relations Manager in 2024, bringing with her 20 years of diverse experience in government, academic, and public libraries. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Western University and has a well-rounded background that spans cataloging, technical services, public services, and instruction. Based in Ontario, Canada, Allison supports library operations across Canada and throughout North America.
Kirby Gill joined SirsiDynix in November, 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick as well as an MBA from Saint Mary’s University. Before becoming an LRM in the Summer of 2015, he worked primarily in Customer Support – working with French customers in Europe and around the world. Fluent in French, Kirby assumed the LRM role primarily to care for French Canadian customers but has since taken on various American customers. As Library Relations Manager, Kirby’s primary goal is to be an advocate for his customers.
Kristina’s love for the library institution began in preschool, when as a young Army dependent, she would accompany her mother to the local library after school and help reshelve books. A former Academic customer, Kristina Haynes joined SirsiDynix as a trainer in 2000. Kristina worked in Training, Client Care, Implementation and finally as an LRM in various U.S. and Australia office locations. Kristina was pleased to reprise her role as LRM in 2019 after a period of time supporting the Department of Defense.
Renee joined SirsiDynix (Originally EOS) in 2009 where she gained years of experience in customer service and client relations. With Renee’s background and degree in Computer Information Systems, she has been able to quickly gain insight into the various SirsiDynix applications in order to excel in assisting her clients. Prior to her time with SirsiDynix, Renee worked in retail management following her service with the U.S. Navy. Renee enjoys spending time with her family exploring the mountains of North Carolina after relocating to the area from San Diego, CA.
Nicki Lake joined SirsiDynix in 2005, and worked as a member of the client care team and in implementations and customer training before assuming her current role as library relations manager. Prior to joining SirsiDynix, Nicki worked for eight years in academic libraries in a variety of roles from academic liaison to project management and system implementation. Nicki holds a master of arts in librarianship from the University of Sheffield.
Zichun Liu holds a master’s degree in librarianship from Monash University and has been working with SirsiDynix over 10 years. Zichun has extensive experience in the Unicorn/Symphony system and currently assists customers in her role as Library Relation Manager. Her previous roles at SirsiDynix include manager of China customer care, trainer, and sales consultant.
Nicole Romyak holds an MLIS from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and had over a decade of experience as an academic librarian in South Carolina. In 2019, she joined the Library Relations team at SirsiDynix. She leverages her extensive background in library sciences and customer relations to drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Nicole’s enthusiasm for connecting with clients and enhancing their experiences underscores her commitment to excellence in customer success.
Katie Tucker has been with SirsiDynix (originally EOS) since 1996 gaining decades of experience in Customer Support and Quality Assurance. It is Katie’s passion to help her clients maximize the value of their ILS to its fullest potential. While she enjoys life in sunny San Diego, California, Katie advocates for all global EOS.Web clients. Katie sincerely cares about her clients and loves to get to know them and listen to their concerns. She welcomes the opportunity to get to know and work with all of her EOS.Web clients.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Kayla joined SirsiDynix in 2024 as a Library Relations Manager. With a professional background as an academic librarian, archivist, and teacher, she is deeply invested in ensuring her libraries have the information they need to make confident and empowered decisions across a range of service areas. Holding a Master of Teaching and a Master of Information Management (Libraries, Archives & Recordkeeping), she hopes to bring her experience and passion to the role of LRM to both advocate for her libraries and provide them with holistic, caring support.
